Icicles and frozen water melted Thursday morning after the snowstorm that hit the area on Wednesday night. Snow melted a little bit but then turned to freezing rain as the day turned colder. On Thursday morning rain turned once again to snow by the afternoon. Thursday afternoon and night saw another day of wintry mix as the area recovered from the night before.
